How it works

Our bio-glue is formulated from naturally derived components, carefully engineered to balance performance, safety, and ecological impact. The adhesive binds soil particles together, significantly improving compressive and bending strength, yield strength, and resistance to water and environmental stressors.

The formulation is optimized through advanced material science. Key ingredients such as calcium caseinate, polyvinyl alcohol, and bentonite clay provide strength and structure, while glycerol and other additives enhance flexibility and long-term stability. This ensures that soils treated with TerraCure’s bio-glue not only resist erosion and settlement but also maintain resilience under heat, UV exposure, and moisture.

Tested and Verified

We follow internationally recognized standards to ensure product performance and reliability. Our bio-glue undergoes rigorous testing for:

  • Chemical properties: pH stability, solid content, elemental composition, and crystalline structure.
  • Physical properties: density, viscosity, and thermal stability.
  • Mechanical properties: compressive and bending strength, yield strength, and glass transition temperature.
  • Durability: biodegradability, microbial resistance, and performance after environmental aging (water, UV, and heat exposure).
